Get to Know Beth
Beth’s life aims to inspire healing and freedom by leading and empowering the world toward health and wellness.
She is a Public Health Nurse, feminist researcher, professor, and theologian. She teaches nursing students at the University of California, Los Angeles, and West Coast University. She teaches public health nursing, growth and development, nursing research, spiritual care, and leadership courses. Beth was the Director of Women at Saddleback Church, where she led women globally by teaching trauma-informed holistic healthcare. She has years of public health experience leading strategic planning and community coalitions. (See the Research + Coaching tab for more information).
She recently completed her Ph.D. in Nursing and uncovered a theory about how to Discover Self after adversity that can be used as a framework for corporations, schools, faith-based communities, families, and individuals.
